Wine making process:
from the grapes from the "brolo" which are carefully selected we obtain this “Ripasso Wine”. In spring, the wine ferments a second time and macerates on the Amarone skins, which still contain plenty of sugar, flavours and aromas. Thanks to this second fermentation, the Ripasso wine becomes more full-structured, full-bodied and intense.
Ageing:
18 months in small oak barrels.
Description:
Ruby-red with garnet reflections. An intense nose, elegant and rich, with hints of red berries under spirit, sweet spices and tobacco. On the palate, full-bodied, balanced and intense, good persistence of spicy aromas. Elegant and harmonious wine.
